Suite Events Venue Rental Rates
VENUE RENTAL PRICING:
- Mon-Thur: 4 Hour Venue Rental $400
- Mon-Thur: Full Day (10am-10pm) $800
- Fri: 4 Hour Venue Rental $500
- Friday: Full Day (10am-10pm) $900
- Sat-Sun: 4 Hour Venue Rental $580
- Sat-Sun: Full Day (10am-10pm) $1380
- Additional Time: $100 Per Hour
- INCLUDES: Round Guest Tables, Long Food/Gift Tables, Table Linens, Setup of Tables/Chairs/Linens, Bluetooth Speaker, Wi-Fi, & After Event Clean Up
VENUE RENTAL + DECOR PACKAGE:
- Mon-Thur $680 (4 Hour Venue + One Decorated Backdrop Area)
- Mon-Thur $790 (4 Hour Venue + Full Decor)
- Fri-Sun $960 (4 Hour Venue + Full Decor)
- Venue + Full Decor Includes: Table Centerpieces, Custom Welcome Sign, 2 Decorated Backdrop Areas (Chiara Arches with Covers & a Sequin Shimmer Wall), Large Balloon Garlands, & your choice of table linens (white, black, blush pink, or dusty blue), light up marquee numbers or "B-A-B-Y", Up lighting - all to match your party colors/theme! We supply the decor & set up for you!
- Additional Time: $100/Hr
- To Book, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required, and the remaining 50% is due one month before your booking date. If your event date is less than one month away, the remaining 50% is due two weeks before your event date.
- Holiday Bookings: If you are approved for a holiday reservation (Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve or New Years Day), it will be billed at $550 for 4 hours, and there will be a $150 holiday upcharge..

Your event room rental includes:
- 60" Round Guest Tables (up to 10)
- 4 Long 6 Ft Tables for Gifts, Food, & Desserts
- Elegant White Banquet Chairs (up to 100)
- Table Linens - Black, White, Blush Pink, or Dusty Blue. Table Clothes will be on tables when you arrive.
- Blue Tooth Speaker
- Table & chair setup and after party clean up is included in our rental fee. You are not responsible for clean up and will not be billed an extra clean up fee.
