VENUE PRICING:
- Mon-Thur 4 Hour Venue Rental $400
- Fri 4 Hour Venue Rental $480
- Sat-Sun 4 Hour Venue Rental $530
VENUE + DECOR PACKAGE:
- Mon-Thur $790 (4 Hour Venue + Decor)
- Fri $890 (4 Hour Venue + Decor)
- Sat-Sun $940 (4 Hour Venue + Decor)
- Venue + Decor Includes Table Centerpieces, Custom Welcome Sign, 2 Backdrop Areas (Chiara Arches with Covers & a Sequin Shimmer Wall), a Large Balloon Garland, & your choice of table linens (white, black, blush pink, or dusty blue), light up marquee numbers or "B-A-B-Y", Up lighting - all to match your party colors/theme! We supply the decor & set up for you!
- Additional Time: $90/Hr
- To Book, it is 50% down, and the remaining 50% is due one month before your booking date. Venue Only Bookings (without decor/packages) are due in full when booking and may not be booked out further than one month during our busy season.
- Holiday Bookings: If you are approved for a holiday reservation (Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Eve or New Years Day), it will be billed at $530 for 4 hours, and there will be a $150 holiday upcharge..
- Add Decor such as backdrops, balloon garlands, or table centerpieces to your venue rental! - Browse Decor Options
Your event room rental includes:
- 60" Round Guest Tables (up to 10)
- 4 Long 6 Ft Tables for Gifts, Food, & Desserts
- Elegant White Banquet Chairs (up to 100)
- Table Linens - Black, White, Blush Pink, or Dusty Blue. Table Clothes will be on tables when you arrive.
- Blue Tooth Speaker
- Table & chair setup and after party clean up is included in our rental fee. You are not responsible for clean up and will not be billed an extra clean up fee.
- 75" Smart TV for presentations/slide shows can be added for an additional rental fee of $50.
