Suite Events Party Venue Conditions & Refund Policy

• The 50% party room rental booking retainer is nonrefundable - it will be deducted from your balance.
• Your remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event. 
• If you cancel your event reservation with 60 days of your event, you will be refunded any monies paid over the 50% retainer. 
• No refunds will be given within 60 days of your event date. If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to create a new event date. 
• You may bring in outside food, dessert, drinks, and catering. 
• Alcohol can only be served by a licensed & insured bartender that will need to be preapproved by the venue. No self serve bar stations.
• If you are not using our decor services, please calculate in the time you will need for setup, decorating, and clean up for your room rental time. 

Party Room Terms & Conditions:

You will be responsible for guests during your party room rental. 

Your party room rental time includes your setup and clean up times. 

All trash should be disposed of before departing, and all personal items should be removed from the venue before leaving. We are not able to store guest or vendor items after the party for a later pick up.
