Our stylish venue rental space will be sure to make your special event one to remember! 2100 sq ft of celebration space, adorned with crystal chandeliers, & uplighting - creating an elegant & sleek atmosphere!
Suite Events Venue Rental Rates
- MON-THUR OPTIONS:
- 3 Hour Venue Rental $300
- 4 Hour Venue Rental $375
- FRI-SUN OPTIONS:
- 2 Hour Morning Venue Rental (9-11am) $250
- 4 Hour Afternoon (11am-3pm) or Evening (5pm-9pm) Venue Rental $520
- Venue + Decor $890 - Includes all essential decor - Table Linens, Table Centerpieces, Custom Welcome Sign, 2 Backdrop Areas with Chiara Arches & Covers, a Large Balloon Garland, & your choice of table linens (white, black, blush pink, or dusty blue) - all to match your party colors/theme! We supply the decor & set up for you!
- Additional Time: $90/Hr
- Add Decor such as backdrops, balloon garlands, or table centerpieces to your venue rental! - Browse Decor Options
Your event room rental includes:
- 60" Round Guest Tables (up to 10)
- 4 Long 6 Ft Tables for Gifts, Food, & Desserts
- Elegant White Banquet Chairs (up to 100)
- Table Linens - Black, White, Blush Pink, or Dusty Blue
- Blue Tooth Speaker
- Flex Room with Refrigerator/Freezer - not a full kitchen with a sink. All food prep needs to be done prior to arriving.
- Table & chair setup and after party clean up is included in our rental fee. You are not responsible for clean up and will not be billed an extra clean up fee.
- Table Linens (Black, White, Blush Pink, or Dusty Blue). Table Clothes will be on tables when you arrive.
- 75" Smart TV for presentations/slide shows can be added for an additional rental fee of $50.
